By using the application, you will be deemed to have fully read, understood and accepted the contents as it is. Information You Accept to Provide Us 

Account Data: When you register an account in the eLOAD Charging mobile application following things are collected contact details, like country code, email address and login credentials. 

Session Data: During the eLOAD Charging mobile application using, we will collect your session data, such as your Timer/Current changes that you have made in the eLOAD Charging mobile application. 

Device connection: When you connect a smart device with eLOAD Charger to your account using the eLOAD Charging mobile application, we will collect your wifi SSID and other wifi connection credentials. 

Automatically Collected Information 

When you use the eLOAD Charging mobile application, we may collect one or more information listed under: 

Smart Device: When you connect a smart device, such as eLOAD Charger to your account using the eLOAD Charging mobile application, we will collect the device information, such as device identifiers and other device credentials. 

Device Values: When you have connected any smart device to your account using the eLOAD Charging mobile application, we may collect values and value changes from the smart device, such as device status, device timer, device current and other smart device related values.  

 
Third Parties 

We use Tuya Global Inc. (“Tuya”) services in order to provide a smart device controlling, such as controlling eLOAD Charger using the eLOAD Charging mobile application. We will follow Tuya’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use and that’s why every user using the eLOAD Charging mobile application and every user that registers an account, must also accept and follow Tuya’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Data Sharing to Third Parties 

We use Tuya Global Inc. (“Tuya”) services to provide smart device controlling, such as controlling eLOAD Charger using the eLOAD Charging mobile application. Because the smart device controlling is made using services provided by Tuya, we will share the collected data from eLOAD Charging mobile application with Tuya. 
 

Data Storing 

We as eLOAD will not store any of the collected data from the eLOAD Charging mobile application outside of your device storage. 
 

Changes to Privacy Policy 

eLOAD has the right to modify this Privacy Policy and relevant service rules. If we need to update this privacy policy there will not be notification to eLOAD Charging mobile application users. Also, if Tuya Global Inc. (“Tuya”) updates their Privacy Policy or Terms of Use, we will not notify the users of the eLOAD Charging mobile application. We can update Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our data practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Any updates will be posted on our website or provided within the eLOAD Charging App, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top of the Privacy Policy. If you continue to use the eLOAD Charging mobile application after eLOAD Privacy Policy updates or modifications made to Tuya’s Privacy Policy or Terms of Use, you will be deemed to have fully read, understood and accepted the contents as revised, and will also abide by such revised terms. If you don’t agree with the changes, you must stop using the eLOAD Charging mobile application immediately. We encourage and expect you to time at intervals review our Privacy Policy and Tuya’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Use for the latest information on our privacy practices.
